How do I arrange a repair?
Visit our shop on Fleet High Street. You can also easily contact us via phone, email, or our online contact form.
How long does a typical repair take?
The repair time can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. As an example, if parts need to be ordered a general turn around is 2-4 days.
How do I pay for the repair services?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is typically collected after the repair is completed.

I’ve bought a new computer, can you set it up?
Yes. We can transfer all your data from your old one, install all required software, connect you up to the internet, install your printer etc and get you up and running.
Can you provide remote technical support if needed?
Yes, we offer remote support sessions.
How do you recover lost data?
If you accidentally deleted important files or the hard drive is failing, you’ll need our data recovery services. We use recovery tools for lost data and sometimes even if the drive is unresponsive, we partner with a 3rd party Data Recovery Specialist.
Do you offer any warranty for your repair services?
Yes, we offer a warranty for the repair services and replacement parts. The warranty period will be specified before you proceed with the repair.

Can you source a new computers?
We partner with a few different distributors and can source any laptop or PC, let us know your budget and use requirements and we’ll take it from there.
